Pathway analyses of the phosphoproteome and proteome alterations in NEK10 KO crude mitochondria. We used Enrichr to investigate pathways significantly altered by the deletion of NEK10. A Phosphoproteome alterations (with p < 0.05) were analyzed in Reactome and GO (Gene Ontology) Biological Processes. B Total proteome alterations (with p < 0.05) were analyzed in Reactome and GO (Gene Ontology) Molecular Function.
