Electrophoretic Mobility Shift Assay (EMSA) of32P-labeled DNA containing specific DNA sites to study DNA-protein interactions. From left to right, radiolabeled SP1, AP-2 and E-Box specific oligonucleotides were incubated with promoter trap eluate. Competitor DNA (unlabeled) was added to show the specificity for hTERT promoter DNA as well as interactions.
