Matching scores of BYY-BMF versus other biclustering algorithms The matching score is calculated by DEFINITION 2 in [14]. The bicluster relevance reflects to what extent the generated biclusters represent true biclusters, while the module recovery quantifies how well each true bicluster is recovered.
